Scholarships & Grants

We are so excited that we are able to provide scholarships and grants that give children access to a high-quality preschool education. Community Preschool and Childcare accepts CCDF vouchers, is an On My Way Pre-K provider and is now accepting the Build Learn Grow Scholarship.

Read more about these programs below.

For eligible families that work in essential businesses, a Build, Learn, Grow scholarship will cover up to 80% of your child care costs for kids age 0-12.

Indiana’s Build, Learn, Grow program is extending scholarships for qualified families through March 2022! When families are working and kids are learning, Indiana’s future is brighter. With summer officially here, Indiana wants to make sure children from birth to age 12 are engaged in high-quality early learning and education opportunities. Families that work in essential businesses are eligible to receive scholarships toward their children’s early care and education, summer learning or out-of-school care.

At least one member of the family must work in an essential business and enroll their child in an early care and education, summer program or out-of-school time care.

On My Way Pre-K

Your child may qualify for free, high-quality pre-kindergarten in your community. Through Indiana’s On My Way Pre-K program, your child will build a foundation of skills, knowledge, and confidence to do well in kindergarten.

My Way Pre-K awards grants to 4 year olds from low-income families so that they may have access to a high-quality pre-K program the year before they begin kindergarten. Families who receive a grant may use the grant at any approved On My Way Pre-K program.

To apply for On My Way Pre-K your child must be 4 years old by August 1 and your family must meet other eligibility requirements.
